Description of role:

The president of a Bright at KTH plays a central role in guiding the organization. You will provide direction, set goals, and inspire the board members to collectively work towards common objectives whilst staying true to Bright’s core values. In addition to the visionary role, the President is actively engaged in decision-making processes. Working closely with the rest of the board, you will contribute to decisions on budgets, events, policies, and other critical matters. The president is also responsible for maintaining open and effective communication within the association and with external parties. This involves keeping everyone well-informed about important developments, upcoming events, and decisions.


Qualities we are looking for: 

Passion for Diversity and Inclusion, previous leadership experience, open communicator, structured, initiative taking, open minded, goal oriented.
