PR and Art Direction

Description of role: 

 

As the Head of PR & Art Direction you will be working hand in hand with several other board members to coordinate the creative and marketing aspect of Bright. You will be responsible for keeping members updated on upcoming events on all social media platforms, including but not limited to instagram, tiktok, and linkedin. Additionally, you will be curating content related to our events such as recaps, and maintaining a graphic profile that is consistent with Bright’s Identity. This role is shared between two members who will be working hand in hand. You will also get the chance to recruit your own project group who will be your right hand in carrying out your tasks. 

 

Qualities we are looking for: 

 

Creativity: To be able to work in a team to come up with new ideas

 

Teamwork: You are comfortable with taking on a leadership role and thrive working in groups. 

 

Ability to create content: You are comfortable using social media and are willing to learn other graphic design softwares (ex. Canva).

 

Consistency: You are able to actively update our members of events and take initiative in communicating with other bright groups to coordinate collaboration.

 

Photography: You should have an interest in photography and shouldn’t be afraid to go up to someone for the perfect shot. 

 

Communication skills: You are able to communicate information to members in a creative and engaging manner.
