Bright Minds x Hale: Interactive lecture
With exams approaching, stress and pressure around studies can easily build up. That is why we are super excited to invite you to an interactive lecture focused on mental health, stress management, and the importance of recovery. 🧠
The lecture will be led by the one and only Johnny Oduya, a former NHL player and two-time Stanley Cup champion, and also the founder of the organization Hale. Hale was created with one clear goal: to make better breathing a powerful, everyday habit. ⚡️
During this session, Johnny will talk about the work they do at Hale and how a key tool like breathing can help manage stress, recover faster and stay focused. You will also get the chance to participate in practical exercises during the lecture, giving you simple tools you can use in everyday life and of course during exam periods. 💡
Date: Wednesday, March 18th, 17:30 – 19:00
Location: Auditorium V1, KTH, Teknikringen 76
Light refreshments will be served to the first 40 people who arrive – first come, first served! 💫
Take a break from school stress and learn tools that can help you stay calm, focused, and perform at your best. ✨
